Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags attached and receipt for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase or delivery.

For in-store purchases, please bring your e-receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Purchases originally made in cash will be refunded via check or Venmo only.

For online purchases, please email hazyvintage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and e-receipt. Seattle-area customers may also return online orders in person at our shop. For mailed returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of email approval with tracking, and the tracking number must be provided via email.

All sale or discounted items, items purchased with a discount code, as-is items, and gift cards are final sale.
